To supply virus-free and health young plant, we pay attention to every process, including virus detection, production management, aseptic operation, quality control, domestication, cultivation, packing and transportation to improve overall quality.
Green Culture is good at breeding and collects a lot of great varieties. We do hybridization about 300 events per year. We have many our own varieties, and we also keep cooperating with breeding experts to obtain different types of orchids.
To simplify the manufacturing process, we research and development of medium auto-filling equipment and autoclave equipment. To save cost, improve quality and production efficiency, we develop lightweight containers ( P.P.box) to help delivery, and the open-wide lid is easier for transplanting.
To increase production quantity and ensure the production process in good quality, we build 1000-grade aseptic operation room and 10000-grade flask nursery room, formulate standard operating procedures, improve disinfection equipment, and use ergonomic operating tools.
The production quality of the operators is controlled at any time by supervisors, if any problems are found, they will be given immediate feedback and corrections. The transplant flasks can be put flasks on the shelf after the quality is confirmed by the product manager. To ensure our quality, it should through strict controls, including record the reasons for the defects and disqualifications as the basis for subsequent.
VIRUS-FREE & HEALTH YOUNG PLANT
Use the methods, ELISA, RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR and Nest-PCR to examine five kinds of virus including Odontoglossum ringspot virus (ORSV), Cymbidium mosaic virus (CymMV), Capsicum chlorosis virus (CaCV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and Phalaenopsis chlorosis spot virus (PhCSV).
During the process of tissue culture, we take samples at different phases of orchids to prevent the virus from being infected and to check the plants in healthy condition.
FLASK NURSERY ROOM ACCLIMATION
Flask nursery room is a preparation for domestication plants, it helps plants to adapt environment before de-flask and avoids growth retardation through different control conditions, including shelf, temperature, light, etc. for time-sharing, layered domestication, regular recording and feedback.
In order to avoid quality omissions caused by transportation, we insist on temperature-controlled transportation to ensure the stability of the quality of the transportation process, and use company identification system (CIS) to enhance the company’s overall image.
